Think this post would be very handy when you can't get the CQWP to work.
If the CQWP Web Part isn't available in the list you have to activate some features on the site collection.
The following features have to be activated on the Site Collection:
1. Office SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure
2. Office SharePoint Server Search Web Parts
When these features are enabled you can choose the CQWP in the Web Parts list.
You have to be a site administrator to activate these features.

Soapbox to display videos on my blog
When I add some new content to my blog I will use Microsoft Soapbox to add video's. In my opinion Soapbox is the best video player on the internet right now.Check out the default Soapbox introduction right here.

Microsoft Windows Vista SP1 available for download
Windows Vista SP1 is a set of updates and fixes for Windows Vista that addresses feedback from our customers (in addition to the improvements that are delivered to users through Windows Update). In addition to including previously released updates, SP1 focuses on specific reliability and performance issues, support for new types of hardware, and support for a few emerging technology standards. Note that although SP1 is not intended to be a vehicle for releasing new features, some existing components do gain enhanced functionality through SP1.

Slipstreamed version of MOSS 2007 Service Pack 1
Microsoft hase now the SP1 slipstreamed in the MOSS2007 setup. This is the SP1 for WSS 3.0 and de SP1 for MOSS2007. You had to install the SP1 for WSS 3.0 and MOSS 2007 but both are now in one setup. This helps a lot when deploying large farms. You can't forget to install the seperate Service Packs anymore.

Warm Up Script SharePoint Server
Last week some users where experiencing some performance issues. The first time they opened our SharePoint Portal it toke 30 seconds before the Portal showed up. I searched a bit and found a nice warm up script from Joel Olesen http://blogs.msdn.com/joelo/archive/2006/08/13/697044.aspx. This script starts the application pools and does HTTP queries on your SharePoint site. Check out his blog for more info about the script.
Silverlight for SharePoint
Silverlight for SharePoint brings us some nice features. SharePoint will interact with some Silverlight content and could make some things a lot easier to manage. For me as an Developer this gives me some nice stuff to work with. Silverlight just looks better then those static pages on intranets. SSBlueprints posted some samples on http://www.ssblueprints.net/sharepoint/ and will give you an overwiew of various scenarios that can be covered when integrating Silverlight Technologies.
TS Web Access With TS Web Access With SharePoint
So although I still think it is a shame that Microsoft removed the AD integration from TS Web Access , this (free) Sharepoint integration does provide you with some alternatives to provide somewhat more sophisticated Ts Web Access to your RemoteApps. Microsoft even has a Step-by-Step guide available for it (kudos to Jason Conger for mentioning this)
